Operating as the key link between Operations and Finance, this role partners with the GM to deliver regional performance and with senior finance execs to ensure robust financial oversight, pricing integrity, and risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Partner across the business to drive revenue, margin, and return on capital outcomes.
• Provide commercial leadership across all branches and service lines.
• Own and implement regional pricing strategy aligned with Group direction.
• FP&A Lead to align regional performance with financial targets.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning processes.
• Provide financial modelling, pricing strategy, and risk profiles.
• Lead monthly commercial performance reviews with Branch Managers and GMs.
• Improve pricing, quoting, and contract tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement and improve cost recovery.
• Pricing compliance and contract management.

Experience:

• 10+ years' experience in commercial, finance, or operational roles.
• Exposure to Finance, Contract Management, Pricing, Operations and FP&A.
• Ability to partner across senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Finance qualifications are desirable paired within contract admin OR operations management.

This role will also travel on a monthly basis within WA.
