GTM Activation Specialist - 10 month temporary assignment

Our client is a globally recognised brand operating at the intersection of sport, culture, and innovation. They are known for pushing boundaries, fostering creativity, and delivering world-class experiences. They are now seeking a driven and collaborative GTM Activation Specialist to join their Pacific team.

The Opportunity

This role plays a critical part in delivering exceptional Go-To-Market (GTM) experiences for retail partners-bringing seasonal stories, product assortments, and showroom activations to life.

You'll sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations, ensuring seamless execution across the GTM calendar while elevating partner engagement through both physical and digital experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the execution of seasonal showroom experiences in line with global directives
  • Drive sell-in content and asset delivery to support account teams across the Pacific region
  • Manage and optimise partner-facing asset platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate the rollout of digital sales tools and content across the GTM timeline
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, GTM Operations) to ensure alignment and execution
  • Support retail partner activations and training to enhance engagement and performance
  • Oversee vendor management, budgets, and asset procurement for showroom and activation initiatives
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of showroom strategy, including physical and digital enhancements

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years' experience in retail marketing, events, or activation roles
  • Background in project management, agency briefing, and campaign delivery
  • Strong understanding of retail, sport, and consumer trends
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities
  • Confident communicator with strong collaboration and influencing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with digital asset platforms is a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
