What you'll be doing:

My retail client is seeking an HR Business Partner who will deliver high quality People & Culture services across their distribution centre in Truganina.

This role will ensure the site has the capability, leadership support, and ER governance required to deliver high performance outcomes.

The role provides senior-level ER expertise, leads the deployment of P&C frameworks and operational people practices, and ensures fair, consistent, and compliant workplace relations across the DC.

It includes direct leadership of the onsite P&C Advisor.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

• Experience in a blue collar environment
• Employee relations knowledge
• People management experience
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills
