MARS are proudly partnering with a large, listed and global organisation operating to appoint a Commercial Analyst for their Retail Division. Supporting a large multi-site operation, this role sits at the intersection of commercial finance, operations and data analytics, helping leaders make smarter, faster decisions through meaningful insights.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working beyond traditional reporting - analysing performance, identifying trends and influencing outcomes across a dynamic operational environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Analyse sales, margin and operational performance across multiple retail sites
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide clear performance visibility
• Translate data into actionable commercial insights for operational stakeholders
• Partner closely with finance and operations teams to improve business performance
• Support forecasting, planning and performance tracking activities
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data quality
• Contribute analysis to pricing, promotions and cost optimisation initiatives

About You:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree and CA/CPA qualification (or near completion)
• 3+ years' experience in a Commercial Analyst, Finance Analyst or Business Analyst function from a large, listed and/or complex organisation
• Background in retail, hospitality, FMCG or multi-site environments highly regarded
• Strong Excel skills with experience analysing large datasets
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
• Commercial mindset with a curiosity for understanding business performance
