Our client, a leading global financial services organisation, is seeking a Contact Centre Agent to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting account management and collections activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, resolving issues efficiently, and handling sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.
Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
Provide accurate information on products, accounts, payments, and general enquiries
Manage early-stage collections activities, including payment follow-ups and arrears discussions
Negotiate payment arrangements in line with company policies and regulatory requirements
Resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience
Maintain accurate records and notes within internal systems
Meet individual and team performance, quality, and compliance targets
Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role (financial services or collections experience highly regarded)
Strong communication and active listening skills
Ability to handle sensitive or challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism
Results-driven with the ability to work to targets and KPIs
High attention to detail and strong time management skills
Comfortable working with multiple systems and technology
