Responsibilities:

• Leading and developing the accounting team, ensuring strong financial governance.
• Preparation of accurate and timely financial reports.
• Manage and improve month-end processes.
• Support with regulatory compliance requirements.
• Help strengthen internal controls for better governance.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance and variances.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and contributing to company goals & growth.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Experience:

• CA/CPA qualification is a MUST HAVE.
• 7+ years of accounting and finance experience.
• Strong eye for detail and exposure to rigorous finance governance processes.
• Strong MS EXL skills and ability to learn new financial systems.
• Ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders day to day.
