About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer to join a supportive People Services team in a high-volume, compliance-focused environment. You'll play a key role in delivering accurate, end-to-end payroll.

The Opportunity

This role will see you managing end-to-end payroll for a large workforce, ensuring compliance with legislation, Awards and EBAs. You'll be part of a stable, well-structured payroll team with strong leadership and modern systems.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end processing of high-volume payroll

• Ensuring compliance with legislation, Awards and EBAs

• Managing payroll adjustments, reconciliations and terminations

• Responding to payroll queries and maintaining data integrity

• Preparing payroll reports and supporting audits

About You

• Proven experience in a high-volume payroll role

• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, Awards and EBAs

• Experience using SAP SuccessFactors a must have

• High attention to detail and strong Excel skills

• Professional approach to confidentiality
