The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join their high-performing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grounding in performance marketing who is eager to advance their career in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you will work closely with Performance Marketing Managers to support the delivery and optimisation of multi-channel campaigns across SEM, social, video, and display. Your contribution will directly influence student acquisition outcomes for a portfolio of education partners, using platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and SA360. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
This position is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Performance Marketing Manager with the implementation and optimisation of campaigns across SEM, social, display, and video.
Analyse campaign performance and translate insights into actions that improve lead generation and conversion.
Work cross-functionally to ensure messaging, creative assets, and landing page experiences are aligned and effective.
Track budgets and expenditure to ensure campaigns remain on target to meet acquisition goals.
Contribute to a culture that embraces testing, learning, and ongoing refinement.
About You
1-3 years' experience in performance marketing, either agency-side or client-side.
Practical experience using platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and SA360 (or similar tools).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and understand ROI.
A collaborative, curious approach with a desire to continue developing your skills.
A relevant degree in marketing, business, or a related field (postgraduate qualifications advantageous).
