ABOUT THE JOB
Collaborate with local brand and online brand managers, as well as international brand teams to implement, strategise and feedback on email design, consumer journeys and user experience.
Planning the eDM Calendars for all LDB brands, ensuring brand differentiation, adequate promotional support, and engaging content.
Executing eDM and CRM plans - from ideation, briefing, and execution - in collaboration with relevant brand teams.
Understanding and monitoring of CRM and ROI metrics and proactively ensuring optimal conversion, engagement, and retention.
Assist in driving Loyalty Program initiatives and projects to drive brand love.
Assist in CRM audience and segmentation strategy.
Assist in implementing key tactical projects that arise from new technology identified to optimise our CRM performance and personalisation roadmap (for example: Everest, CDP, Kick Dynamic, Dynamic Yield & AI tools).
Identify methods and opportunities to improve CRM performance across all brands.
Identify opportunities to collect new data and mine existing data to help enrich our customer profiles and build more personalised experiences with our customers.
Provide expert guidance and feedback on email design, user journey and user experience, ensuring all CRM content follows best-practice methodologies.
ABOUT YOU
Proven experience in email marketing, CRM and strategic Consumer data analysis is expected.
A natural collaborator with a strong analytical mind-set you will be able to influence those around you to drive the brand ecommerce growth.
Strong communication skills you will be able to articulate a clear vision and be able to work in partnership with your stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Excellent time management skills and incredible attention to detail
Experience in email marketing platforms, Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a bonus
Experience in driving an eCommerce business is a bonus
