Our client is a global company that provides comprehensive industry market research, trends and forecasts for various industries. The organisation conducts business and industry research across thousands of global and domestic markets. They have offices in America, United Kingdon, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Currently, the organisation requires a Client Relationship Manager to join an expanding team to help manage and grow a portfolio of new and established clients.
Key responsibilities:
Proactively calling existing clients to maintain & build relationships.
Expanding contacts beyond existing sources and developing a tailored value proposition across various areas within an organisation.
Proactively promoting product awareness, while solution selling to cross-sell across your portfolio.
Meeting the training needs of clients to ensure value is received, both via conversation and training (including product presentations to various user groups).
Dealing with incoming queries, issues and the day-to-day needs of your clients as they arise.
Researching and understanding each client's business to identify new opportunities.
Key experience and skills required:
Degree qualified and at least 2 years' experience in account management or client services.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Highly organised with the ability to manage numerous contacts including scheduling, follow up, and establishing frequent points of interaction
Confidence in your negotiation, numeracy and diplomacy skills
A team player who can work with colleagues and other departments to achieve results.
The ability to work autonomously.
