Join a high-performing Asset Management team within a top-tier global financial institution, supporting global investment activities with a focus on Japanese clients. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Trade Operations professional to support trade confirmations, settlements, and client servicing across public markets.

Role and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will play a key role in the Trade Confirmation & Settlement team, supporting a range of daily middle-office functions, including:

• Monitoring and confirming domestic and international trade settlements
• Assisting Japanese-speaking clients with queries and documentation
• Supporting portfolio managers and traders by ensuring timely and accurate trade confirmations
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives, reconciliations, and the resolution of break items
• Collaborating across internal teams, including portfolio management, trading, and client services

Essential Criteria:

• Fluent in both Japanese and English, written and verbal
• 2-4+ years' experience in middle office or trade operations within asset management, investment banking, or a similar financial institution
• Strong knowledge of public market products, ideally including infrastructure and global REITs
• Understanding of domestic and trust banking settlement processes
• Proactive mindset, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
