The Role
This newly created position will see you lead the design and governance of the enterprise architecture that supports a complex, global retail environment. You'll play a key role in shaping a modern, integrated technology landscape across eCommerce, POS, ERP, CRM, supply chain, and analytics platforms.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy across retail and digital systems.
Design scalable, secure, and integrated solutions to support omni-channel operations.
Lead the architectural direction for a major eCommerce platform migration.
Align core systems (ERP, WMS, OMS, CRM, POS) with customer-facing platforms to enable real-time visibility and efficiency.
Establish strong data architecture and governance frameworks to support insight-led decision-making.
Collaborate closely with IT, retail, digital, and operations teams to deliver solutions
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards including PCI DSS and GDPR.
Candidate Experience
Proven experience within retail or consumer-facing environments, ideally with omni-channel exposure.
Strong knowledge of core enterprise systems such as NetSuite, ERP, OMS, WMS, CRM, POS.
Exposure to Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms (e.g. Commerce Cloud, Magento, BigCommerce)
