Marketing Campaign Manager

Currently, the business is looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager. They are building an innovative and dynamic team to play a key role in achieving Victoria's renewable energy target of 95% by 2035. The Marketing Campaign Manager will lead high-impact marketing campaigns with the goal of driving commercial success, building on their already outstanding customer base and expanding market share.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute exciting multi-channel, end-to-end marketing campaigns with an emphasis on creatively building awareness, engaging consumers, funnel conversion and customer acquisition.
  • Understand key consumer and market segments, customer pain points, and creative opportunities to tailor campaigns that resonate with potential customer and key partners.
  • Create and manage customer acquisition and engagement strategies, including paid media, SEO, direct marketing, digital marketing, PR, influencers, content and activations, to engage consumers and generate interest.
  • Work with content partner to create engaging, educational and resonating content.
  • Use various advertising platforms to build and optimise campaigns. Use analytics to monitor campaign performance, optimize for ROI, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Work closely with the partnerships team to activate key commercial partnerships.
  • Oversee the marketing campaign budget to ensure resources are being used effectively to achieve targets and deliver measurable results.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end campaign management and multi-channel marketing.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns with a clear focus on driving commercial outcomes.
  • Technical skills to manage and optimise digital campaigns (Meta, Google, Tiktok etc.)
  • Expertise in using marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in simple, compelling ways for consumer audiences.
  • Experience manging third party creative and/or media partners.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset, with a keen focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
