Permanent opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join an accounting firm in East Melbourne. * Must have experience in an accounting firm.

What you'll be doing:

Permanent opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join an accounting firm in East Melbourne.

To be successful in the role, the Administrative Assistant will proactively looks for ways to develop and improve systems.

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to Accountants, including liaising with the ATO and other external providers, handle client queries, and collate client documents.

This growing business is open to someone doing full-time or part-time hours.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  • 12+ months administrative experience in an accounting firm
  • Organisational skills to help with our continued growth and expansion
  • Client service skills - helping our people feel important and looked after is a core fundamental part of the role
  • Of interest but certainly not required: Xero and FYI Docs knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English is essential
