Mars Recruitment is partnering with a global ASX-listed company to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead their Accounts Payable department in Perth.

This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of AP operations, drive process improvements, and lead a team through a period of optimisation and growth within a dynamic, high-performing environment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounts Payable team to ensure operational excellence.
• Drive efficiency, process improvements, and system integrations across AP operations.
• Manage supplier data, payments, and expense platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Transition offshore operations to an onshore model, strengthening controls and processes.
• Prepare management reporting, KPIs, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years' experience leading an Accounts Payable team.
• Strong communication, analytical, and influencing skills.
• Hands-on experience with system enhancements, process redesign, and project management.
• Preferred systems experience: Oracle, SAP Concur.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
