Product Owner – Ecommerce

This role owns the end-to-end eCommerce experience, driving the website, Salesforce-powered booking journey. Contract Day rate – immediate start

The Role
As Product Owner - eCommerce, you will take ownership of the business' website, Salesforce-driven booking journey, and all supporting integrations. Working in an agile environment, you will manage a squad of developers, prioritise and deliver the digital product roadmap, and partner with stakeholders to ensure a best-in-class customer experience that also drives commercial outcomes. This is a hands-on role that will balance day-to-day product delivery with longer-term strategic improvements, with Salesforce acting as a key enabler.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the eCommerce product roadmap, aligning with business and customer needs, with Salesforce as the core platform

  • Manage agile sprints, backlog prioritisation, and delivery with an in-house squad and third-party vendors

  • Ensure the Salesforce-integrated booking journey is seamless, intuitive, and commercially optimised

  • Translate business requirements into actionable briefs for engineering and design teams, particularly around Salesforce workflows and integrations

  • Oversee bug identification, resolution, and release testing to maintain site and Salesforce performance

  • Partner with marketing, operations, and external vendors to deliver digital enhancements and campaigns

  • Gather insights from customers and competitors to inform product improvements and innovation within the Salesforce environment

Candidate Experience

  • 3-5 years in product management, ideally with digital or eCommerce projects in consumer-facing industries

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities

  • Experience developing product roadmaps and leading agile delivery, ideally with Salesforce platforms
