Mars Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a high-performing, fast-growing non-bank lender delivering tailored finance solutions across Australia. This newly created role, Lending Case Manager, involves supporting borrowers and brokers from the point of application through to settlement. Acting as the key liaison, you'll ensure deals progress smoothly by managing a portfolio of active applications and providing updates and solutions throughout the process.

As a core member of this expanding team, you'll also collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive customer engagement, oversee the loan pipeline, and contribute to the company's ongoing success and growth.

Role and Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a pipeline of active loan applications, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are met
• Act as the main point of contact for borrowers and brokers post-submission
• Liaise with internal teams, such as credit, settlement, and BDMs to ensure smooth file progression and quick issue resolution
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in CRM and loan management systems
• Build and maintain strong relationships with introducers and clients
• Make outbound calls to brokers to follow up on applications and coordinate meetings for the sales team

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in a similar lending support, settlements, or case management role within financial services
• Exposure to bridging, home, or personal loans preferred (non-bank or mortgage manager experience ideal)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident making outbound calls to brokers and third parties
• Organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
