We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join a growing financial services team. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to work across marketing, events, digital campaigns, and sales support, making a real impact on the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Create marketing collateral, presentations, flyers, and campaign content
Coordinate events, sponsorships, and webinars
Track campaign performance and provide insights to optimise results
Work closely with sales and leadership teams to support business growth
Be happy to assist on ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
Collaborate in a supportive, hands-on way across teams
What We're Looking For:
Marketing support experience, ideally within financial services
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) and Microsoft Office
Ability to work under deadlines
A collaborative, proactive team player willing to get hands-on and support colleagues
A creative, proactive thinker who takes initiative and contributes ideas to support the business
