Permanent opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join a mid-tier accounting firm in the CBD. ** Must have experience in public practice.

What you'll be doing:

Permanent opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join a mid-tier accounting firm in the CBD.

The Administrator will work closely with the wider Admin team, assisting with a variety of administrative duties and provide back up assistance to Reception.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  • 12+ months administrative experience in an accounting firm
  • Experience on reception
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills
  • Excellent communication skills including a professional and personable phone manner
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude, reliable and self-motivated
  • High customer service orientation
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, as well as effectively and collaboratively within a team
