MARS Recruitment is partnering with a respected WA gold mining company to recruit a Supplier Onboarding & Contracts Administrator to support a critical short-term project. Based in Perth and reporting into the Procurement & Commercial team, this role will focus on onboarding new suppliers and ensuring all compliance and contract documentation is accurately captured and maintained.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to get a foot in the door with a mining operator, with flexibility available to support school hours or part-time arrangements.
Key responsibilities will include:
Coordinating supplier onboarding, including outreach and follow-ups
Collating and validating supplier documentation, including insurances and certifications
Administering standard terms & conditions and tracking acknowledgements
Supporting basic contract administration tasks and document control
Ensuring accurate supplier records and data are maintained in internal systems
Liaising with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely compliance
Previous experience in purchasing contracts administration or vendor onboarding
Strong attention to detail and confidence managing documentation and data
Great communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and working knowledge of ERP systems preferred
Short-term contract (project-based) with immediate start
Potential for longer-term procurement opportunities within the business
