The Role

We're seeking an experienced Release Engineer to take ownership of CI/CD pipeline design and management, environment coordination, and release execution in a complex enterprise setting. This is a highly hands-on role, ideal for someone with deep DevOps expertise and a strong track record of both technical delivery and leadership in pipeline lifecycle management.

You'll play a central role in enabling smooth, secure, and scalable software releases across development, test, and production environments.

What You'll Be Doing

• Taking ownership of end-to-end release execution and environment readiness across all phases of the SDLC.
• Designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps toolchains.
• Collaborating with and mentoring DevOps engineers, ensuring consistency and reliability in deployment processes.
• Planning and managing environment setup and configuration, ensuring they meet the needs of evolving projects.
• Providing thought leadership on pipeline lifecycle strategy, automation tooling, and governance practices.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams to execute releases with minimal disruption and maximum traceability.

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience as a DevOps or Release Engineer, with a focus on CI/CD pipeline development and management.
• Proven background in building and maintaining CI/CD infrastructure using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.
• Experience managing or mentoring DevOps engineers in a collaborative, agile environment.
