Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and administer key finance systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and accuracy.
• Conduct monthly system audits and oversee resolution of technical issues in partnership with IT.
• Coordinate and test software patches, upgrades, and disaster recovery plans.
• Lead system implementation and integration projects for the Data, Analysis & Reporting team.
• Ensure data integrity across systems and support data governance initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation and lead process improvements across financial operations.
• Provide user support and training to finance stakeholders, including the development of manuals and knowledge resources.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to map, document, and streamline financial workflows.
• Monitor risks, maintain compliance with internal controls, and support audit readiness.
• Manage end-to-end finance systems projects including planning, stakeholder engagement, and delivery.
• Stay informed on emerging financial systems and recommend technologies to enhance reporting and planning processes.

About You:

• Hold a degree in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline.
• Proven experience in finance systems administration and implementation, ideally in the financial services industry.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) or similar financial planning/reporting platforms.
• Solid understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Strong data modelling and data management skills are highly desirable.
• Experience mapping financial processes and documenting system integrations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and SaaS-based financial tools.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Finance, IT, and Compliance teams.
• Effective communication skills and a user-focused approach to training and support.
• Project management capability with exposure to financial system upgrade or transformation projects.

• They operate a hybrid model of 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
