$110k + Super + SP for THE BEST CNM in Aged Care

$110k + Super + SP (possibly more) for THE BEST Clinical Nurse Manager in Aged Care

  • A stone’s throw from the beach
  • Fully staffed team so you can focus on doing what you do best
  • Salary range between $110,000 + Super + Salary Packaging to $120,000 + Super + Salary Packaging
  • Work in what will be the fanciest facilities you’ve ever seen (feels more like luxury apartments than residential aged care facility)

Why you want this role:

I don’t think I’ve ever been dropped off at an Aged Care Facility and thought “WOW..” as I was enveloped by the refreshing scent of the ocean and calming sounds of waves crashing onto one of Perth’s most renowned beaches across the road. If you’re an employee here, how do you not start your working day with a smile. And if you’re a resident, how could you wake up without grinning from ear to ear when every morning is a sea-side experience!

After resisting temptation to take a beachside stroll, I was greeted by the CEO of the organisation and it quickly became apparent that this was someone who LOVED his job (you don’t stay in the same role for almost a decade if you didn’t). I’ve been recruiting for 10 years and every time I meet a CEO, I’m always a little apprehensive but his warm and welcoming demeanour put me immediately at ease and over the course of the conversation he made me feel like equals. If this is how he treats someone he just met, I can only imagine the 5-star treatment his employees and residents receive. This is someone you want to work for because he works for you just as hard. This right here, is why you want this role.

What makes you special:

There’s going to be some fierce competition as candidates vie for this role. And as standards are incredibly high, you will need to bring your A-Game. But you’re not worried, because you possess all of the following:

  • AHPRA Registration
  • Tertiary Nursing Qualifications
  • Extensive Aged Care experience in a leadership role
  • Genuine interest in the Aged Care industry
  • And most importantly, the desire to make every resident feel like a celebrity.

That last point is what will separate you from the pack. Will you go the extra mile to make every day a memorable one? Will you do your best so that when you enter the room, everyone applauds? If you do, then that’s what makes you special.

How to make this happen:

Make a vision board, put it out into the universe, speak it into existence and let it come to you. Or send your CV to [email protected] and I’ll put you in front of the right people before the role is filled.

If this role doesn’t quite fit your experience, send your CV through anyway and let me know what you’re looking for in terms of job title, salary, location, hours etc as I work with the majority of Aged Care organisations in Perth and will do my best to at LEAST point you in the right direction.

Other roles I’m looking to fill include:

  • Facility / Residential Manager (NOR & SOR)
  • Clinical Nurse Manager (NOR & SOR)
  • Quality / Learning & Development RN (roving)
  • Clinical Nurse Manager (Bunbury, Kalgoorlie)
  • Clinical Nurse (Bunbury)
  • Director of Nursing (Bunbury)
  • Registered Nurse (SOR)
  • Registered Nurse (Bunbury)

Why you should AT LEAST speak to me before closing this tab:

If you’ve made it to this point and haven’t sent your CV through yet, hopefully these testimonials give you the requisite nudge to do so ASAP!

“Thank you Mars Recruitment team and a special thank you to Anthony Nguyen for the amazing work. Your ability to be both professional and personal makes you a pleasure to work with. Thank you for your patience and willingness to find the best role that suited both me and the company. This is what builds great teams!

Happily recommend you!”

– Aged Care Facility Manager (SOR Perth)

“I found Anthony Nguyen at Mars recruitment very professional. This was the first time I have applied for a job through a recruitment agency and right from the start till the offer Anthony has supported me exceptionally. Highly recommend Mars recruitment team.”

– Aged Care Clinical Nurse Manager (SOR Perth)

“After my experience with Mars Recruitment and Anthony Nguyen I wouldn’t hesitate to be involved in a recruitment process with them again. Anthony was incredibly supportive and professional during the whole experience. I especially appreciate his efforts when he persevered after an early obstacle in the application process. His encouragement, communication and assistance made everything run smoothly. Thanks Anthony!”
