We are hiring in Sydney CBD and are specifically looking for people with skills and experience as a Recruitment Consultant.

The position is full-time with annual remuneration of $75,000 – $90,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Business development via client and candidate generation
• Creating advertising material specific to the role
• Liaising with candidates and clients
• Short listing and interviewing
• Perform reference checks
• Marketing to prospective clients
• Maintaining strong relationships & rapport with existing clients
• Responsible for the full recruitment process from hiring planning to sourcing to selection and day one readiness
• Managing and updating of internal database
• Developing and managing your own client portfolio and source the most suitable candidates
• Providing candidate quality advice on jobs and careers
• Providing recruitment and labour-hire solutions to clients
• Negotiating successful outcomes for both candidates and clients

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years relevant work experience
• Focused on client relationship development versus pure sales and cold calling
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with team members
• Performance driven
• Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Understanding of human nature and ability to match the needs and wants of both clients’ and candidates’
• Solutions orientated approach
