The role

The role requires a strong core PM Skillset -but you will need to have experience working in HR related projects – the project specifically relates to Award reviews. So experience across org design, HRIS systems, Industrial relations would be highly desirable. 12 month day rate, with strong view to extend.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate the planning and implementation of the assigned project deliverables
  • Manage the allocation of project resources to execute deliverables revolving around HR initiatives and Award reviews
  • Project Governance Design / scheduling support
  • Oversee and coordinate day to day activities in alignment with the project scope and deliverables
  • Monitor and report on project progress and identify and escalate risks and issues where required to ensure project transparency
  • Facilitate and ensure adequate stakeholder engagement is maintained across project deliverables

Candidate Experience

  • Experience in HR related initiatives – Award reviews, Org design, HRIS etc.
  • Project management delivery experiencer across similar programs and senior executive level stakeholder engagement
  • Commercially aware and can partner with senior
