What you’ll be doing

A tech start-up business that operates within the Healthcare Industry, is looking for a Customer engagement associate to join their team.

The primary purpose of this role is to maintain and nurture long term customer relationships to ensure ongoing
satisfaction, retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure exceptional customer experience through building and maintaining contact with our clients;
  • Liaise with current customers to ensure they are satisfied with our service offering and service delivery;
  • Re-engaging with previous customers to determine their current needs and offer them a suitable care solution;
  • Manage and maintain data in our CRM System;
  • Assisting the manager with the preparation of customer communication materials;
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Ability to build rapport over the phone with well versed communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work resourcefully, independently and with urgency.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced, changing environment.
  • 1-2 year’s experience in a customer service role within a fast paced environment.

Successful candidates will be required to come to Melbourne for 2 weeks from 12 June for training. Accommodation and Flights will be paid for.

Hours will be Mon – Fri either starting at 9am/10am – 5pm/6pm
