Seeking a Campaign Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of successful AU demand generation programs


Our client is seeking a Campaign Specialist, where you partner with local sales leaders and be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of successful AU demand generation programs designed to ramp mid-market acquisition growth. This includes identifying market opportunities, building and nurturing a prospect database, creating impactful value props by segment and campaign hooks to get attention, running virtual and live events, co-marketing with associations and partners, and other activity designed to drive measurable demand and market expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, agree, track and report on AU mid-market measures (leads, opportunities/pipeline, gross profit, etc), optimizing the end-to-end funnel with a test-and learn mindset.
  • Manage the planning, development, and execution of acquisition marketing campaigns and initiatives (including digital campaigns, integrated outbound campaigns) end-to-end, with a focus on direct to business campaigns across key ecosystems and industry verticals
  • Support the Marketing Manager in executing at scale marketing programs such as virtual and physical events, key industry and event sponsorships, and strategic outbound prospecting campaigns for lead generation and pipeline acceleration.
  • Build and nurture a mid-market prospect database with a focus on targeted account-based marketing strategy.
  • Create or repurpose impactful content to support successful execution of campaigns including emails, SMS, landing pages, blogs, and other material as needed.
  • Work with Sales and SDR teams to manage lead flow and increase conversion rates at each stage of marketing and sales engagement, and create relevant sales tools to enable successful conversion of leads to opportunities
  • Support the Marketing Manager as required in driving acquisition and activation of partners by creating and equipping partners with enablement tools and materials for “out of the box” campaigns and content that promote messaging and bring end users into the ecosystem. This includes a focus on repurposing content for scalability across the partner network
  • Work closely with the digital team to execute on web and advertising opportunities to hit AU inbound mid-market demand generation targets, and ensure the segment has a clear path to education and conversion on the website

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years marketing experience, B2B preferred
  • Strong planning and organizational skills in a cross-functional environment
  • Campaign management skills to deliver growth outcomes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The successful candidate will have proven success in running marketing programs centered around mid-market vertical plays. You will have a growth marketing mindset and demonstrated success acquiring new business in a B2B tech environment. They will be a talented data-driven marketing leader who can clearly measure impact of programs and adapt as required. This role requires someone who can think strategically but also roll up their sleeves to execute in this agile environment. You will have strong presentation and communication skills with proven ability to author impactful content.
