The role

The role is primarily responsible for supporting first line support ant technical implementation of key applications. Working closely and mentored by QA lead to identify bugs that cause issues for customers. This will also involve working on key integrations email services / security app integrations and data migration activities. Any SQL experience will also be hihgly advantageous. You will preferably have 2-3 years in similar application or technical support related roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting first line application support issues
  • Work on changes and enhancements to support the growth of the business
  • Integration activities including: authentication, email services and enterprise integrations
  • Supporting data migration activities along with data migration SME
  • Analyse, isolate and interpret technical problems and identify appropriate technical solutions/bug fixes with support of QA lead

Candidate Experience

  • 3+ Years experience in application support
  • Strong attitude and keen to develop in application support space
  • Relevant IT / Technical qualifications
