Our client is a hyper growth SaaS Company in the Property and Finance Technology space. They have a presence in the US, Australia & New Zealand markets.
The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying sales leads, pitching our client to new and existing customers, consulting with decision makers to close the sale and maintains professional relationships with all contacts. The focus of this role is prospect management, customer acquisition, and revenue expansion.
Responsibilities
- A hunter and farmer mindset: Identify, qualify and close new and upsell business opportunities
- Cold calling – outbound calls to potential customers
- Schedule demos to present our client’s products to prospective customers
- Use your consulting and presenting skills to demonstrate tailored product solutions based on individual customer needs
- Use your ability to consult and build relationships to manage multiple decision makers throughout the sales cycle
- Build and maintain business relationships with new and potential customers
- Create and maintain a database of prospective clients, which is managed through our CRM Salesforce
- Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to ensure customers are delighted throughout the entire customer experience
- Collaborate with the ANZ Senior Director of Sales on sales goals, planning and forecasting operating rhythms
- Maintain short-term and long-term business development plans
Qualifications
- 2+ years SaaS sales experience is highly preferred
- Experience making outbound cold calls
- Knowledge of the Real Estate industry and/or mortgage broker industry is highly advantageous
