  • Rehabilitation and reconditioning
  • Pain management services (including (TENS, Ultrasound, Laser, Shortwave Disathermy and massage)
  • Group therapy
  • Falls prevention program
  • Movement and Exercise
  • Some community home care

About you:

  • Tertiary qualifications in the relevant profession (Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy)
  • AHPRA registration
  • Recent Australian police clearance and recent overseas police clearance (or willingness to get this)
  • Full Australian work rights (sponsorship may be available for aged-care positions)
  • The disability positions require you to have full drivers’ licence, car and a valid working with children’s check (or willingness to get this)

  • You will effectively assess the needs of participants and ensure that efficient support is implemented and managed.
  • You will provide ongoing support in both a clinical and community-based work environment.
  • You will have the ability to meet the responsibilities of your role including positive outcomes with participants.
  • Continue to offer a person-centered approach to individuals and continue to strive to find positive outcomes.

What’s required:

  • Be a current member of Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Able to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Current NSW driver’s license and own vehicle.
  • To hold a first aid certificate or be willing to obtain.
  • Current Police Check or willingness to obtain

We are recruiting for two Nurse Manager positions in Regional NSW.

 

About the the role:

Our clients are two Multipurpose Services (MPS) located in northern regional New South Wales.

They both provide a balanced mix of services to meet the needs of the local communities. Their range of health services include Acute Care, Subacute Care (Respite and Palliative Care), 24-hour Emergency Care, Residential Aged Care, Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol Counselling and a range of integrated Primary Health and Community Services.

They are looking to find their next Nurse Manager.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role is preferred, but we welcome applications from RN wanting to step up into a Nurse Manager Role
