Handling existing customer inquiries and providing information in relation to their Super or Insurance policies.

My client is one of the Big 4 banks and they are looking for customer service orientated professionals with experience in Financial Services, preferably- Superannuation, Insurance or Investments.

In this key role, you will be providing clients information about their existing policies within Super or Insurance.

You will already have experience in working in a similar contact centre environment with a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service and acting in the client’s best interests.

You will be solution orientated thinker who can ‘read’ between the lines and understand what the customer needs and provide correct/accurate information to help assist them with their product inquiries.

This role is all about the clients and ensuring they are provided with world class service.

The Role

The phone-based Wealth Consultant team provide general advice surrounding Investment, Super and Insurance, educating clients with the options, facts and solutions to make informed decisions, enabling them to prepare for their best financial future. Through continuous professional development, including paying for your RG146 qualifications, you’ll become a specialist on all the bank’s product offerings.

About You

To be successful in this role the candidate will have –

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in order to convey complex terms in a clear and concise manner.
  • Evidence of outstanding Customer experience
  • Be motivated to achieve both individual and team targets.
  • Have resilience, enthusiasm and the ‘right attitude’
  • Previous experience in Financial Services contact centre.
  • Tertiary qualification preferable, but not essential.

Salary- 64,000 – 70,000 + Super + Variable Bonus
