An award-winning therapy service is now seeking passionate Speech Therapists to join their team based in Alice Springs and Darwin – Northern Territory!

Our client delivers quality NDIS services through providing specialised Speech Therapy services to individuals of all ages. They commit to enriching the lives of clients and their family members, through instilling a passion for improving the lives of others and ensuring that each individual reaches their full potential.

The services will be provided to children, adolescents and adults and will involve travel to remote communities.

The opportunity:

  • Effectively assess the needs of participants and ensure that efficient support is implemented and managed.
  • Coach and involve caseload in a fun and collaborative environment.
  • Providing Speech Therapy services with a focus on offering a holistic approach
  • Effectively assess the needs of participants and ensure that efficient support is implemented and managed.
  • You will provide standardised and non-standardised speech and language assessments and intervention for children / adults of all abilities.
  • Offer a person-centered approach to individuals and continue to strive to find positive outcomes for all.

Essential:

  • Previous experience working with NDIS clients and in a private practice is preferred.
  • Experience working with Children ages 2 years and up with a range of disabilities is desirable (if you choose paediatric caseload)
  • Ability to work confidentially as an independent practitioner
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • APHRA registration
  • Have an OHCRE card and Current Criminal History Check (not older than 3 months)
  • Be eligible for a Medicare Provider Number
