Exciting Opportunity For An Experienced Allied Health Professional To Join A Leading Disability Provider

My client is looking for an experienced Allied Health professional to join their Behaviour & Support team on a Permanent, Part Time basis, 4 days per week

The Role

To produce detailed Behaviour Support Plans within a holistic and integrated approach

  • Manage caseloads of Behaviour and Support clients
  • Undertake assessments and developments of behaviours support plans
  • Monitor implementation and effectiveness of plans
  • Work collaboratively with customer, family and all service providers to ensure understanding of customers behaviours and evidence customer need


  • Tertiary qualification in the disciplines of Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Social Work or Speech Pathology – essential
  • Full AHPRA, SPA or AASW registration – essential
  • Demonstrated skill and experience of Specialist Behaviour Support as outlined in the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
  • Experience in delivering and evaluating relevant training for individuals, families and support staff.
  • Extensive experience in the delivery of supports to people with complex behaviour support needs
  • Extensive knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support principals
  • Highly developed data analysis, report writing skills with experience in analysing and evaluating behavioural data
