We require a Senior OT for an exciting role in a NFP Company in Western Sydney. The caseload is working in paediatrics in the clinic & community.
MARS Recruitment are working with an extremely hard-working and committed Company in Western Sydney. They are a not-for-profit Company with currently 21 members of staff. They specialize in working with children & Adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The majority of their caseload is working with clients from 2 yrs-20 yrs and the therapy and assessments take place in their centre & a community setting (home & school environment).
The successful candidate will be working with a team of 2 Occupational Therapists, 4 Speech Pathologists, 1 Physio, 1 Psychologist, 1 Music Therapist, 3 Support Coordinators, 1 Program Coordinator, plus the management & admin team. In total they are a small team of 21. They are a hard-working team who work closely together. They are extremely passionate about working with people with disability and working closely with not just them, but their families and carers too.
The role will be working in mainly a paediatric caseload and working closely with the rest of the team. The role is both clinic and community (home & school environment) based.
- 3 years+ experience working with children with ASD
- Confident in your ability and skills as an OT and can support less experienced OTs when required.
- AHPRA Certificate
- Police Clearance
