Opportunity for a Senior Occupational Therapist
We are thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join an excellent Allied Health company who are renowned for delivering the highest quality Allied Health experience, going above and beyond in skill development and client service. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to join their vibrant team working between two clinics in Clarkson and Menora

About the Role
In this role, you'll expand an existing client base, working with an adult caseload. You'll collaborate closely with other health professionals within their multidisciplinary team. The organisation prioritises your professional growth, offering fully funded regular professional development and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with both adult NDIS participants and private clients
  • Conduct home assessments, modifications, AT assessments, and accommodation assessments
  • Working with mental health clients
  • Perform functional capacity assessments
  • Assist clients with capacity building
  • Lead mentoring and professional development for the OT group

Skills and Experience
We are looking for a motivated and experienced therapist who strives for excellence. The ideal candidate is energetic, supportive, and committed to guiding an OT team towards achieving the best clinical outcomes and workplace experience. Essential experience and skills include:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A passion for being the best therapist and sharing your expertise with junior staff
  • Home modification experience required
  • Mental health experience desired but not essential
