Position Overview:
As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will oversee financial reporting, analysis, and compliance. You will ensure accurate financial data, support decision-making, and collaborate with teams to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements, month-end, and year-end close processes.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and tax compliance.
• Provide insights for strategic decisions and financial improvements.
• Lead and mentor junior team members.
• Coordinate audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Improve financial systems and processes.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/CA preferred).
• 5+ years of financial accounting experience, ideally in the tech sector.
• Strong understanding of AASB/IFRS standards.
• Experience with financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Team leadership experience is a plus.
