About the role

The Senior Digital Producer is an exciting new role within the Digital Experience team. They are looking for someone who is at the top of their game, a highly motivated leader with a growth mindset. They want someone to come in and make genuine impact in a business going through huge digital transformation.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Utilise the data available to validate/invalidate opinions or ideas
  • Capture requirements, lead workshops, create concept sketches, flows, scenarios and landing page wireframe mock-ups for various projects, always ensuring a customer first approach
  • Collaborate closely with, agency partners, the content team and marketing teams to deliver a seamless multi-channel user flow across acquisition and retention campaigns.
  • Produce a precise, high-quality experience that is focused on the needs of users and aligns with customer experience strategies.
  • Identify the best way to present the experience to users, based on research, data and best practice
  • Help to maintain a seamless end-to-end website, mobile and microsite customer experience following existing standards and digital design systems
  • Delivery of the day-to-day digital production tasks using Jira, Adobe Experience Manager and the company’s intranet
  • Work with internal teams to provide recommendations on internal processes and ways of working which will improve efficiencies and quality of outputs
  • Support and drive improvements in quality control and technical copy across all digital channels
  • Project manage and lead working groups when supporting larger campaigns from the marketing team including creation of timelines, stakeholder management, Jira tasks, execution of tasks

Skills & experience

  • To be successful in this role, you will have the following experience, skills and attributes:
  • Minimum 7-10 years’ experience within digital production and/or digital content design in-house/within an agency environment.
  • Highly developed communication skills including technical writing and visual communication skills for online environments will be viewed favorably
  • Decision making – this role is expected to operate with independence and autonomy. Issues associated with content design and production will be raised should be raised accordingly
  • A solid understanding of technical requirements and proven experience working with various CMS platforms (ideally AEM) as well as other Adobe products such as Analytics and Target.
  • Highly developed communication skills including technical writing and visual communication skills for online environments will be viewed favorably
  • Loves technology and is excited about learning new technologies and systems.
  • Expertise in workshop facilitation, user journey walkthroughs and wireframe sketches with a variety of stakeholders, communicating rationale clearly and effectively
  • HTML/CSS, CRO, SEO knowledge would be desirable
  • A pro-active self-starter who owns their own work and takes responsibility to deliver high quality outputs by working cross-functionally with key stakeholders
  • A proven track record of problem-solving and established user-centric mindset with high attention to detail;
  • Understanding of responsive and adaptive design and accessibility
