Our client is seeking a Customer Communications Specialist for a 6m FTC. Immediate start


  • Lead the creation of communications strategy and campaigns across multiple channels to engage our customers and deliver key messages for our client’s services.
  • Create key messaging and amplify content across multiple customer channels including website.
  • Use analytics and data to assess and support the development of campaigns and messaging.
  • Support the Customer Communications & Engagement team in the customization of communications during incident management.
  • Support key business units with customer communications strategies and messaging to achieve best outcomes.
  • Communications campaigns and other content as requested by the Customer Communications Lead.
  • Help lead the development of implementation of content governance framework.


  • Communications strategy and campaign development and delivery
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design
  • Content creation across multiple channels including web
  • Superior project management and time management skills
  • Creative with a passion for customer outcomes
  • Must be a confident communicator and presenter
  • Relationships management with key internal stakeholders
