An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Process Analyst to join a leading Fund Manager within their Wealth Management team.

We are currently looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst to join a leading Fund Manager within their Platforms & Wrap Operations team. This role will support in key customer experience mapping, data management, client insights, business reporting, process improvement and problem resolution. This role will also hold key relationships with external service provides and would fit a specialist in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse current processes and identify opportunities to enhance handling times and steps, improve quality and optimise operational efficiency’s
  • Make recommendations that identify where performance improvements can be made
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to understand needs
  • Prepare data and documentation outlining business requirements and recommendations supporting change
  • Liaise with management to coordinate process improvement activities
  • Contribute to the development of a client focused performance culture in Operations
  • Manage implement and support operational strategic initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements
  • Manage Operational efficiency’s and scalability
  • Ensure appropriate stakeholders are identified and consulted throughout analysis activities

Key Requirements:

  • Experience with process improvement tools and methodologies (Lean Six Sigma)
  • 5 years experience in Financial Services
  • Understanding of various financial products / instruments
  • Proven client service experience
  • A continual improvement mindset
