What you'll be doing

This educational institute based in Richmond is looking for a Sales Team Leader to manage a team of 8-10 Outbound Sales Consultants.

You will manage a telephone based sales team who are responsible for efficiently managing student leads through the sales process, from initial enquiry through to the student enrolment.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience leading a sales team in a fast-paced environment (call centre environment preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in coaching and developing people (this is an important part of the role so must have a passion for this.
• A data driven mindset - can show that they understand the balance of nurturing their team while keeping business targets at the forefront
• A background in education/student centric business is a huge advantage although will consider other backgrounds.
• Someone who has worked in an environment where there is a high level of customer care eg. Not a hard sales environment where there is only light touch with the customer.
