About the role:

Hands, varied and challenging, this role is responsible for overseeing the output of the organisations key external vendors (both onshore and offshore). Key responsibilities to include:

  • Ensure all partners meet or surpass the agreed targets
  • Ensure all partners develop and implement continuous improvements plan
  • Manage Operational impacts throughout sales workflow, change or implementation
  • Implement, maintain and manage an effective system of controls throughout the business unit, covering financial and non-financial resources
  • Ensure that operational resources are current and contain the correct information
  • Create, maintain & analyse operational and management reports monitoring the effective delivery of organisational KPI’s
  • International travel 2-3 times per year

About you:

  • 3+ years experience in an operational management & BPO environment
  • Experience with managing external vendor relationships (offshore & onshore)
  • Familiarity with contracts and agreements
  • Technology/Process implementation/integration experience
