The Company

My client is a leader in Australia’s automotive finance space, with a terrific brand and ever-growing market presence. They are known for their excellent internal culture, industry-leading training program and generous commission model. This is an outstanding opportunity to join an industry leader and kick-start your career in Automotive Finance. Office based in Melbourne’s inner city.

The Role

You will be responsible for converting warm, inbound esquires to novated leases. As a Sales Consultant, your role will entail:

  • Taking inbound phone and e-mail novated lease enquiries
  • Selling the benefits of novated leasing, as well as qualifying and selling aftermarket solutions
  • Preparing detailed quotations through the fleet management system
  • Managing the process from initial quotation through to successful outcome, addressing questions and concerns from the customer
  • Managing the lead bank, ensuring that individual and team targets are met

About You

  • A track record of success within a consultative, inbound sales role
  • Highly desirable: Dealership Business Managers, Novated Leasing Professionals, Finance Sales Consultants
  • Strong team membership skills and an ability to develop relationships both internally and externally
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30AM – 5PM
