Mars Recruitment is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to find an experience Risk in Change Manager to join a leading team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role ensures risks associated with change initiatives are identified, assessed, and managed effectively, enabling sustainable and successful outcomes across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, assess, and monitor risks arising from organisational change initiatives.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls.
Provide specialist risk management advice to project teams and business leaders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and influence relationships for successful outcomes.
Produce and distribute risk reports to inform decision-making and ensure visibility of operational risks.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements throughout change initiatives.
Continuously review and improve risk management practices, tools, and processes.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Risk Manager, Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management.
Proven experience in risk assessment, control implementation, and mitigation within complex organisations.
Experience in technology risk is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and industry best practices.
Knowledge of payments technology, IT systems, or financial services advantageous.
Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
