Exciting opportunity for a Registered or Clinical Psychologist seeking career progression to join a highly established clinic in Warners Bay

MARS Recruitment are currently seeking a dynamic Registered or Clinical Psychologist to join a practice based in Warners Bay, NSW that offers the perfect blend of responsibility and opportunity for advancement.

This organisation has operating in the Central Coast region since 2016, and due to continued growth and service expansion across NSW, they are seeking a psychologist to join their team on a full time or part time (0.4FTE) basis.
You will join a team of dedicated, experienced and friendly professionals that provide an innovative service that shines a light on children, adolescents, adults and their families to support and empower them to be everything they can be.

This is a multidiscipline organisation, and the wider team consists of an array of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologist's, Psychologist's, Mental Health Clinicians and Allied Health Assistants.

About the Role:

  • You'll be responsible for conducting assessments and delivering individual counselling sessions tailored to the needs of patients within your chosen client group.
  • You will deliver high quality and individualised therapy and interventions.
  • Provide consultation and advice to care teams, professionals and families.
  • You will facilitate group therapy sessions focusing on self-esteem. Preference for a Board Approved Supervisor however this is not an essential.
  • Work with early years educators, schoolteachers, community services professionals in a collaborative way
  • Work in a multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary model for selected cases
  • Participate in regular team meetings, supervision and team learning days.
  • Write and develop information and resources for use by clinicians, parents, professionals and children/young people.
  • Be supported to pursue your clinical interests and passions under a professional development plan.

The Benefits
You will receive:

  • A salary between $90,000 to $130,000 + super + bonus incentives - commensurate with experience.
  • High opportunities for career advancement into leadership within 6-8 months should this be of interest.
  • A PD fund of up to $3,000 annually
  • Flexible hours and schedule - WFH/Remote - full time and part time 0.8FTE.

Who they are looking for?
To apply for the role, we would like you to have:

  • Tertiary level qualification in Psychology - Registered Psychologist or Clinical Pyschologist
  • AHPRA registration
  • Preference of two years minimum experience.
  • Eligibility to provide NDIS and Medicare services
  • Experience in or a passion for working with children, youth, families and adults.
  • A strong commitment to your own learning and growth

  • WWCC + NPC
