Looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a leading organisation ASAP! Previous experience within HR/Recruitment essential – Apply now!

Currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator superstar! This company is a well respected organisation and they are looking for some assistance for a 4 week period.

The role is immediate and they are looking for someone to ideally start next week. Also suitable for working holiday visa holders.

Responsibilities will include; 

  • Conducting candidate interviews to ensure that candidates presented meet initial suitability requirements
  • Building a strong relationship with several different beauty brands to understand their current requirements
  • Writing/posting job ads
  • Providing support throughout the candidates recruitment process which will include but not be limited to issuing welcome emails, booking meeting venues and preparing assessment packs.


  • The ideal candidate will have Mining / Oil & Gas or Engineering industry experience
  • Minimum 5 years internal recruitment and / or HR experience
  • Excellent communication skills required both written and verbal
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment with high volume of work
  • You must be well presented, personable and resilient
