Are you ready to join a dynamic property development business? We're seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Temporary Receptionist, commencing on June 3rd, 2024. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to showcase their administrative skills and contribute to our client's success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with daily office operations, ensuring smooth functioning of administrative tasks

- Maintain meeting rooms, kitchens, and shared spaces to uphold a professional environment

- Manage the front desk, greeting visitors and handling inquiries in a courteous manner

- Coordinate meeting room bookings and provide support for staff catering needs

- Assist with planning and execution of internal events as required

In addition to regular duties, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the clients' office move and will be expected to assist with ad hoc tasks throughout this transition period.

Selection Criteria:

-Previous reception experience

- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with a "bubbly" demeanour

- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs and take initiative

- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
