Our client is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join their team based in Melbourne.

Key responsibilities:

  • Achieve lead and targets for our client’s partners, alongside the internal team and external agencies
  • Develop the annual marketing plan for your primary partner
  • Work with the Head of Digital Marketing to define long- and short-term growth objectives for awareness, consideration, and acquisition
  • Write effective briefs for media and creative for each period
  • Work with the agencies to develop media plans and creative for each campaign – both digital and offline
  • Leverage insights from analytics platform to make changes to paid search campaigns
  • Perform daily account management of pay per click accounts
  • Provide execution based PPC recommendations
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness and ROI of all PPC activities

Responsibilities

  • At least 4+ years’ experience in a similar role, either client side or agency
  • Experience working to lead or sales goals, alongside cost per lead/cost per sale targets
  • Experience working with Paid Search, Paid Social, TV or Radio with healthy budgets
  • A good understanding of how advertising can drive sales and/or branding goals
  • Experience either writing or responding to briefs for multi-channel media plans
  • Experience in creative briefing is preferable
  • Experience with agency relationships is preferable
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels is preferable, especially Paid Search and Facebook
