Your New Company

You will be working for a well renowned aged care provider who are in the market for a Payroll Officer after an internal promotion. They offer an excellent benefits package including free Gym membership, internal doctors, employee welfare package and much more.

Your New Role

You will be reporting directly into the Payroll Manager and completing the below duties:

• End to End Payroll - 2300 employees on a fortnightly basis
• Payglobal and Humanforce Systems
• Working in a team of 3
• Payroll Queries
• New Starters, Terminations, PAYG, Superannuation
• Assist with process improvement
• Liaise with sites and develop relationships to ensure a smooth process
• Work with finance and HR departments
• 5 EBA and Awards
• Manage an inbox of 160 - 200 per fortnight
• Work with the rest of the wider team to ensure compliance and regulations
• Work from home 1 day per week
• Future development and progression available

What you need to succeed

You will need previous Payroll experience for at least 1 year. Working within the health care industry or having Payglobal experience would be a benefit. From a cultural perspective, flexibility and teamwork are whats needed to thrive in this role.
