Your New Company

You will be working for a large not for profit that specialise in the Health care industry, they need a Payroll Manager to work with the current Payroll Manager and team to develop processes. Have a hands on approach to ensure the Payroll is processed on time and any other duties that are required. You will receive a 3 month contract at a high rate.

Your New Role

You will report into the Director of people and culture and will be required to complete the below:

• End to End Payroll Management - 4000 Employees
• SAP and Successfactors - Systems
• Work with the Payroll team for a smooth Payroll process
• Assist with the development of the Payroll team
• Analyse processes and work to develop these
• Hands on processing the Payroll yourself
• Build relationships with stakeholders
• Work with the Payroll Manager on any pain points in the business
• Assist with any general tasks required
• Look at system amendments

What you need to succeed

You will need previous Payroll Management / specialist experience so you can hit the ground running and assist the full Payroll team. Have SAP and Successfactors experience.
