Permanent Payroll Administrator job opportunity with a well-known Healthcare services organization located in Melbourne’s Inner-City suburbs
Our client is a well-known Healthcare services organisation based in Melbourne's Inner City Suburbs, they are seeking a experienced Payroll Consultant to join their high performing Payroll services team on a permanent basis.
Key responsibilities:
Provide first line customer service in response to employee enquiries and provide timely and accurate advice on payroll administration matters
Provide administrative support to the Payroll Services team
Under direction, undertake efficient, timely and accurate processing of payroll information and variations as required
Ensure compliance with statutory and organisational requirements through adherence to relevant processes and controls
Participate in process improvement and system enhancement initiatives in Payroll Services and broader HR Systems & Payroll Operations projects
What we are looking for:
Experience in an administration or customer services
Demonstrated commitment to customer service
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships
Experience in identifying and implementing service improvements
Ability to prioritise and manage expectations
