Payroll Administrator

Permanent Payroll Administrator job opportunity with a well-known Healthcare services organization located in Melbourne’s Inner-City suburbs

Our client is a well-known Healthcare services organisation based in Melbourne's Inner City Suburbs, they are seeking a experienced Payroll Consultant to join their high performing Payroll services team on a permanent basis.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide first line customer service in response to employee enquiries and provide timely and accurate advice on payroll administration matters
  • Provide administrative support to the Payroll Services team
  • Under direction, undertake efficient, timely and accurate processing of payroll information and variations as required
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and organisational requirements through adherence to relevant processes and controls
  • Participate in process improvement and system enhancement initiatives in Payroll Services and broader HR Systems & Payroll Operations projects


What we are looking for:

  • Experience in an administration or customer services
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Experience in identifying and implementing service improvements
  • Ability to prioritise and manage expectations
  • Problem Solving ability.
  • High level of accuracy.
